For all other insurance holders and Colorado residents, we require payment prior to service and are happy to provide a receipt that clients can submit to insurance for out of network coverage and/or for tax purposes.
Cash, check, health savings account and all major credit/debit cards accepted for payment. Payment can be made through Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts. Payment (insurance) is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon.
If you miss your scheduled coaching/counseling appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of the cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Emergencies are an exception to this policy.
Frequency of Sessions
Frequency of sessions is determined by the client. A vital counselor-client relationship, paired with active work between sessions on the part of the client, make it possible to reduce frequency of sessions, which assists with affordability.
